I have two operating systems that can run on my system. One is Chinese Windows 98, the other is English Windows ME. Today I used English WinME to open the address book that was created by Chinese Win98 and is stored on the Chinese Win98’s drive. It opened without incident, although of course the Chinese was gobblydegook. Later in the day, after rebooting in Chinese Win98, I attempted to open the same *.wab file. Now it cannot be opened by the Chinese Win98 system, and gives me an error message stating the file might not be an address book file. The WinME still opens it, but I want to be able to work with it in Chinese. How can I fix this? Any Chinese Windows experts out there who can help?
