We have to set up a WAN across three geographic locations linked by a 128k burst frame relay. We have a Cosco Router 2620 for Head Office and a twin processor Primergy470 Server with 500Mb RAM and Win2K Advanced Server. We can equip the 2 branch offices with small servers (between 4 & 10 workstations each site) with Win Small Biz Server 4.5 or WinNT . Most data colud be held on each remote server with both way synchronisation of changed files overnight, releasing daytime traffic for emails and other smaller traffic e.g. holday forms!
The Head Office has about 15workstations and will have ISDN with Surftime for Internet but we would not wish to permit active Internet traffic to remote offices.
How best do we sort this out and with what combinations of software otr parts thereof. We also have Exchange Server4.5 (?)
