how can i submit a proposal to upgrade a 56k dedicated WAN Network with 4 US sites and 1 European site, also upgrade the architecture and protocols for a company that has a 30-40 percent growth rate with 2800 clients and 1800 employees currently using old redundant switches delivering 10 mbps links to 150 severs (novell,unix, & winNT) , lastly need to incorporate voice,data & videoconferencing, this company will add 17 additional sites in 12 months?
