WanSyncHA – Exchange messages start queuing

We have an issue when we start the scenario on one of our exchange 2003 servers to replication server. Messages on the master server start queuing and are only released when the scenario has been stopped. Has anyone had this problem before and any ideas only how we resolve the issue?
