we’ve just completed a project of localising (UK) and extending (now with an 800×600 starting res + more COM ports ++ other stuff) Openbravo POS to run on Partner Tech’s PT-6200 All In One and now releasing (windows installer version) back into Opensource community under Openbravo GPL.
