I want to buy a HP or lenevo brand new laptop within $400 budget .
Normal use plus programming and might be android work .
Would u plz suggest me which laptop model is available in this price range and also mention its specification .

By the way, any webshop or price comparison site lets you search on price.
For example, on https://www.amazon.com/s?k=laptop&i=electronics you can limit your search to HP or Lenovo and a price of $300 to $400.
They offer 638 different models. You don’t mind, I hope, that I consider that to be a possible answer to your question, without copying all model numbers, prices and specifications to my answer.
Of course, there are other shops and sites also. Start with your favorite shop. As rproffitt suggested in an answer to your first post, don’t exclude refurbs. They might offer good value for money.
