The old computer, which for some reason does not power up at all (even after replacing the power supply), had an IDE disk.
When I look at ads for new cheap replacement computers, all I find are SATA interfaces.
I’d like to get a replacement with a spacious drive, plug in the old disk drive, and copy my stuff onto the the new drive. What should my strategy be?
