I used to be a training manager and I’ve been out of the “training” arena for about 2 years now. I really miss it and want to find a job in training again. I’ve been looking on the Internet and reading some of the training magazines and I feel like I’m really out of the loop on what the “IN” thing is now. Does anyone have any suggestions on what classes I should take or what areas or technologies for the classroom I should focus on learning in order to get back into the training field?
