Watchguard Firebox X Edge X55e Issue.....

Installed a Watchguard Firebox X Edge x55e in the office. Remote Users are complaining that they can no longer connect to the company VPN. All settings have been set to default after trying to play around with some of the defense options and VPN settings of the Firebox. A few of the Remote Users who are able to connect notice that in Outlook they keep getting a status error that says Outlook is not able to connect to Exchange Server while connected to the VPN. We also use Quickbooks Time Tracker and Remote Users have been experiencing issues with using it to enter in time for the week as well. Just wondering if anyone might know what the issue is. I'm stumpped. The IT company we use for support has also been stumped. Thanks.

try to open traffic monitor utility(firebox) to see what is happening.
traffic monitor do lists all the traffic with IP and port.
try to do a tracert to exchange server once they connected with VPN. This will help to diagnose the issue.

I will let you know what I get. I've been out of the office with Pneumonia the last week, or I'd have gotten back to you sooner. I should have a response for you sometime by the end of the week. Everyone is in the office today, but as soon as they have to remote in, I'll test it out and let you know what comes up, or if I fixed the issue from that. Thanks.
