I have been backing up data on my WD120 Hard drive and suddenly it is not recognized by any of my computers.
I had this device connected to my HP Notebook Quickdoc but have disconnected and reconnected directly to my laptop with no success.
I have noticed in my device manager there is a caution icon attached to my USB Mass Storage Device Icon. When I click on properties for this device it states below:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Click ‘Check for solutions’ to send data about this device to Microsoft and to see if there is a solution available.
Don’t know if this is related to my problem or not. Hope someone can help. I need to get the data from my drive.
