Web Access for Exchange Server

Is it possible to customize the log on screen that comes up when using Web Access for Microsoft Exchange Server? If so where can I find instructions on how to do this?

Web Access for Exchange Server

How can I customize the appearance of the Outlook Web Access (OWA) logon screen?

Since the Exchange 5.5 version of OWA is implemented as a bunch of Active Server Pages (ASPs), you can customize their appearance by editing the files in the exchsrvr\webdata subdirectory that matches your language. For example, if you're in the US, try opening exchsrvr\webdata\usa\logon.asp and you'll see the familiar yellow logon page. Feel free to change it as much as you like, but remember two things: the Exchange 2000 version of OWA is completely rewritten (so don't expect your changes to either be necessary or operational when you migrate), and make sure to keep good backups of the webdata directory, because service pack installs may not preserve its contents.
