Can anyone recommend a reliable and cost-effective solution for a password protected, web-based survey? The firm that I currently work for is going to be conducting client satisfaction surveys on closed files. As their new Marketing Assistant, I?d like to be very cautious with this effort. It is a new concept to the firm and I have only done basic email marketing with programs like iContact. Are there options that are free? What would be the best software to use? Please advise, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
