Web Hosting

Hello everybody,
I would like to outsource our Web hosting. Any suggestions as far as what to do and acceptable company to be recommended. Basicaly I am seeking advise on what to look out and few good names of companies.
My customer is a Bank looking to do secure transactions on the web and all the possible features of online banking.
