Web Hosting

I have a website which uses unicode, and since a month that Bluehost upgraded their servers, I am not able to receive emails through website contact form properly. All unrecognizable characters. I have tried to mail them and even chat with them for couple of times, but no answer yet. Now I am planning to switch my host with the one that supports unicode. Any suggestions?
