Web Hosting Co. wants support specialist

I recently applied for a support specialist job with a web hosting company. My experience is as a Director of IT for a Coldwell Banker RE agency. I designed and maintained thier Win2000 network of 3 servers, and 18 workstations. In addition I designed and maintained thier internet and intranet sites. after the interviews with the Exec VP VP and President I was told they were very interested but want me to brush up on my web hosting support skills and contact them again in a few weeks, “because they needed someone to hit the gorund running”. I not exactly sure what they mean by this. Can someone give me an idea of what areas of refreashing I should concentrate on?
