Web Hosting Problems!

I am hosting my own website on my home pc and I no longer can access my website or my cpanel from any machine in my house. Others have told me they can see my website when they type it in at their location, but I am unable to from mine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My website is www.trinitymusic.ca
