We are running Windows NT4.0 on an integrated PC server in an AS400. When an ipl is performed on the AS/400 the Web proxy service fails to initialize sometimes upon restart. Proxy will not allow the service to be started through normal NT commands, and the only way to start is to keep doing an AS400 ipl. Can anyone help with this problem???
