I have recently been commissioned to put a business plan together focused on Web reporting. Now I have done a lot of Web reporting in my time, stats, users, etc., just never put a plan together for developing a unit to do this. My question is…is there anything out there that might help to steer me in the right direction to how to complete such a task.
