I just upgraded my server to W2K Server and previously we were hosting our own site. Well now I need to set it up to run a web server once again. I already have all the router and NAT going, it is still setup from the previous servers. I run the wizard anad (new site, directory c:\inetpub\wwwroot added my IP ADDRESS of the internal address of the server outside address is different running NAT for that) I than go to tasks to update server extensions and it gives the error that (Unable to create a web for the URL “/” because its root directory, “c:\inetpub\wwwroot\”, falls below the root of another web in the directory “c:\inetpub”.)
Will some one please give me the run down on this I know this should be a simple process, and it is killing me. I am not looking for a step by step answer but I want a informative one 2000points if you can help me get www.djgrp.com online
