Web Site upload

I have a couple of web sites that were created for me, I would like to change/add some information to the site. What type of program do I need, preferably something a novice can learn quickly.

If the webserver host is set up to accept ftp connections, I think that would be an easy way to download, change, then upload pages. Probably, for ease of use, get a client like CuteFTP (easy graphic user interface), then have the web host set up auser account for you, and give you the necessary info to set up your connection to access the appropriate server and folders.

Frontpage is very easy to use and like the above answer, you will need an FTP program even though you can use Frontpage to publish your website. FTP is a lot easier for a novice. You will need the settings to setup FTP, like ftp.domain.com, user name and password.
