Web viewing patterns

by maryweilage . Updated 21 years, 8 months ago

This week’s Design and Usability Tactics newsletter examines the findings of a study called Eyetrack III, which tracked the eye movements of research subjects browsing mock news Web sites and real multimedia content.

How do the Eyetrack study results compare to your testing and observations of Web visitor viewing patterns? Are the results useful? Do you think the testing methodology used in the Eyetrack study is more or less useful than other forms of user testing?
