I have been using NetMeeting to conduct video/audio conferencing just fine. However since some users have Yahoo and would like to use the Yahoo Messenger to conducting conferecing that includes video and audio to communicate to each other. I downloaded the Yahoo Messenger software and created a user account to login to access the chat screen but whenever I select to active “webcam” the PC will stop responding and reboot. I am using a Logitech Express Cam. I sent a message to Yahoo support but haven’t received an response. We have five computers networked to each other with a network hub through tcp/ip protocol with dedicated communication access. The operating system is Windows 2000. Any recommendations would be helpful.
