Weird Reboot issue

By jbk1009 ·
I have three servers in my organization sperated by a Frame relay WAN connection.

The first server, our PDC, is a NT 4.0 with SP6a installed. The next two are Windows 2000 servers.

My issue is that the servers, all at once, reboot. Literally, they all reboot at precisely the same time.

I have run all the current virus definitions at the servers, and nothing is coming up.

What could be causing this very frustrating issue?

Do they go down gracefully, or are they possibly all losing power at the same time?

Any scheduled services in there? Run WinAt from the run dialogue t look for those.

Are the NICs wol-enabled?

At least in the server that I am able to see when it is happening, it is gracefully. Almost as if I did a shut down. I assume the others are as well. This is why I focused in on some type of virus. But it is clean, at least as far as I was able to diagnose.
