      Remember, no links as that would be spam.

      “no single software can be the “magic bullet” to address the vast needs of a Forensic Video Analyst. Unfortunately, the procurement of every forensic software tool is outside the budget of most labs. Furthermore, most commercial applications simplify (aka restrict) software feature options and behavior.”

      The field of video forensics is VAST. You must narrow down what you are looking for in such tools.

      Also, you must never alter the source. Just like you do with all criminal case source material. I shouldn’t have to write this but some are very new and will edit or enhance a video and get their case dismissed for such work.
