What are some suggestions for a 2011 software support kit?

I was just getting ready to put together a updated toolkit for general use. What are some must have items or technologies that can be used?

here are some tools i keep around

I keep the following CD/DVD/USB multiboot stick

Windows 7 home premium 64/32
Windows 7 Professional 64/32 ((and a recovery cd)
hp and Dell OEM windows 7 Pro and home 64/32 (and a recovery cd)
Windows xp (various)
UBCD4win (which has malwarebytes, spybot, etc)
TRK
Backtrack 5
Konboot
Memtest
Knoppix 6.x
Linux Mint 10 and 11
Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10
ntpass
dban
erd commander 2005 (licensed
Spinrite 5 (licensed)

I'd also throw in some form of Rescue Disc
