What are the precaustion to be taken when repackaging an app on vista

Hi
I am new to vista repackagging..
When i am capturing any application on vista its gives an error while running the msi..
This comes only when i take the setup capture ..
When i make the mst i dont get any sort of error..
Usually i get error no 1406,2228 and 1334..
Please do help me out how to capture an application on vista??
