What are you guys using (network analysis)

By johnnywatt ·
Okay, the Fluke tools are completely out of my budget. I can't even afford the OneTouch. So are there any frugal network admin's out there that use and would like to share their hardware tools or software-based network analysis tools?
I would be comfortable with a software app that gives good information/diagram and conflicts. Anyone have any favorites?

Hi Johnnywatt,

I'd recommend this one www.omnipeek.com from www.wildpackets.com, I work for the german distributor....

It has a network "confilicts" expert system and does real graphs on nearly any parameter you will want to see.

feel free to contact me for questions!
