I followed instructions from Greg Shultz on migrating from XP to Windows 7 (All three articles). It worked excellent on my Compaq Presario SR2011WM; thank you for the information. However, when I tried to do the exact same thing on a Dell Demension 4600 it would not complete the migration. It seems to work until I delete the XP and then restart into Windows 7. The system will not boot. all of the commands I enter into the Command Prompt come back with “Operation Successful”. After restart the only thing I get is a blinking curser. Have tried to redo many times with the same result. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
