Without knowing a little more it is difficult to say, but right now I would suggest that the installations CD is corrupt.

Try using a different installation disk.

Do you have a SATA hard drive ?...

Are you providing the SATA drivers at the F6 prompt, within the first minute of the install beginning?

If not, the install can continue to run but not actually succeed in writing anything to the hard drive, due to the SATA drivers being missing.

Also what other changes have you made here?

Many Install Errors after the Process starts to load Windows to the HDD occur because of either Faulty RAM or Mismatched RAM that suffers Timing Issues that have no other signs when used under Windows.

So if the files are actually written the the HDD and the System then falls over you need to reduce the RAM Load to just 1 Module in socket 1 or 0 and load Windows then when this is successfully finished replace the removed RAM.
