We’re looking around for a name that concisely and accurately reflects who we are and what we do. I prefer something ike a one word “popper,” or just plain Help Desk. Others prefer Technical Assistance Center, etc. We’d be interested in knowing what you call yourself, what name you may be thinking of for your next incarnation, and where you think the industry is going with this.
