Timeout while obtaining an Oracle connection lock
Normally, I ignore these messages and come back later, but I have gotten this at two sites today and 2 yesterday. Is it me or the sites? There ismore to the message but I thought this was the main part. I finally decided I needed to know what this meant. Here is more of the message: The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of (CFQUERY), occupying document position (103:2) to (103:60).
