What happened to the Knowledge Base

I am not able to search the Q & A for a specific answer/solution. I always have to create a new question, usually about something which has already been answered.
When I started using this forum about 3 years ago there was supposed to be a searchable knowledge base developed from the questions and answers. Where is it? How do you use it?
