On-premise Windows and Web helpdesk software that includes many features and automation. If you receive a lot of email requests (support, complaints, sales etc), the email to job conversion/automation is awesome and will save lots of time. Affordable too!

Gmail has a plethora of amazing features built in that can be more than enough for your needs. Then again, if you want a "truly free" help desk software that can compete with paid versions, let me know!
