When I try to launch my instant messenger from the netscape tool bar I get an error message that says “Windows cannot find all.exe, This program is needed for opening files of type Aol Instant Messenger Launch.”
It then asks for the location of “all.exe”
I have tried completly deleting Netscape and re-installing but the same error message comes up. Where can I find the file “all.exe” and where does it belong? I have also searched my entire system, Netscape cd, and windows98 cd.
I hope you can help me with this.
