What is Form1?

By wompai ·
Ey, guys

Everytime I start Windows XP (Prof. SP3), a program activates: Form1. I don't know what it does or why it executes when Windows starts. I went to search in my task manager wich process causes Form1. It seems to be called system.exe.

After Windows fully starts I always close that program via task manager, because I can not right-click on it and it won't maximize when I left-click it.

Does anybody know what this program does and why it's there?

Thanks in advance.

That's just some lazy

arse who developed an app and didn't give it a proper name.

No way to tell what it does without looking at the exe. Delete or rename it, see what happens.

My immediate thought would be it's crapware or malware.

Its stealing my resources!

by wompai In reply to What is Form1?

It seems to be stealing my resources now! 14MB of RAM and 3% CPU Usage, but it has no function (at least that's how it appears). The process that causes this is called system.exe. Is this important or can it be deleted?
