I was reading an article about home configuration and it mentioned that when configuring the router, if prompted to enter you ISPs ip address and you wouldn’t know it, to enter 4.1.1.1 or 4.2.2.2. I have been searching online but did not find anything about this addresses.
I cannot ping this IP address from my workstation at work, neither I can trace.
So the need to know what servers they point to in the ominous internet cloud is eating my brain.
