What is Remote Control

What is Remote Control? I’ve been examining Terminal Server and notice it contains a feature called REMOTE Control.

Can anyone tell me exactly what it is and what it is used for?

Also, how do you implement it? When ever I check properties on the RDP connection, remote control is grayed out.

Help.
