I have two Win XP Pro computers at home. Both have current Virus Protection. The VP on one has identified a file, C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\REQUESTER.10.EXE that has a TROJAN virus. The VP tried to disinfect it but failed. This file is not on my other box. I booted from my Win XP Pro CD and did a install, repair, but the file is still there. Anyone know what this file is? Anyone knows what I can do to get rid of it? Anyone knows a WEB site where I can further information.
