What is scope & growth for me??

Hi,
I m B.com person.
I have two year experience in manual testing for Export Import Bank of India.
I m looking forward in to software testing.
So I want know what is scope & growth for me in software testing??
And I don’t know any testing tools.
Shall I do any testing certification?
If yes suggest me Institute too in mumbai(India).

Please suggest me, I seeking for your views and feedback.
