    Hi, I would like to know what company makes the best, longest lasting battery for any given laptop?

      There is no single manufacturer that makes the best battery for every laptop. I suggest using an OEM battery sold by the computer manufacturer to ensure it is fully compatible. After market batteries can be hit or miss and not fully compatible.
