A teeny-weeny Worldwide Patent problem perhaps...

by OldER Mycroft In reply to What is the best marketin ...

I might be wrong in this respect (although I don't think so) but I was under the impression that 'AEG' was a long-established worldwide patented logo of a Public Limited Company (PLC) in Britain and its associate Gesellschaft mit beschrankter Haftung (GmbH) Company in Germany.

Trademark copyright, when applied to the internet environment, becomes even more convoluted than simply the visible logo. Usage of the 'AEG' letter-sequence alone can lead to misinterpretation, particularly when companies share the same industrial footing.

Of course, as I said, I could be wrong!

You wish.

Around for "more than ten years"? Ten years and two months? Six?

Hence, my disdain.

You are well on your way down that road.

Keep a copy of your reply handy.

You may want to memorize it so you'll have a ready response when AEG's attorneys come swarming all over your pseudo-AEG butt. :^0

You refer to the internet as "there" when you are here, which is there. Attend to location.

You co-opt the term "manufacturing" with reference to software. I understand this to be a common practice. Nevertheless, it does not sit well with me, and the details may have escaped you, too. How you set yourself apart from others may be your "hook".

Your plea is valid. Your job is valid, regardless of my disdain for much of marketing "here" and elsewhere. Your work is cut out for you -- beginning with terminology.

Good luck.

You are right !

Hi Sir,

I really appreciate for the suggestions. I agree that the major factor would be to set ourselves apart from the competition.

Thank you

RE: Marketing

by PoppaTab In reply to What is the best marketin ...

I notice the web design went to **** in the Chrome browser, sort of behaved with IE, looked terrible in Avant, and Opera hates it. Aside from that, your strategy is already laid out so your topic here must be spam. The code for the page has a nifty spry action, but that is about it. Who ever made the page design used Adobe Image Ready which is fairly old and completely botched the W3C statement (it is not there). It is no wonder why browsers are having a hard time coming up with the html standard to use. If you actually do want advice on "net" marketing; use more than google webmaster tools. The site search form: <form style="margin:0px; margin-top:4px;" action="" method="get" accept-charset="utf-8" target="_self">
<input type="hidden" name="si" value="66539770">
<input type="hidden" name="pid" value="r">
<input type="hidden" name="n" value="0">
<input type="hidden" name="_charset_" value="">
<input type="hidden" name="bcd" value="÷">
<input type="text" name="query" size="15">
<input type="submit" value="Search AEG Website">
</form> </td>
is a free search tool that searches more than your site. Can you see what I'm sayin?
