If the case and P/S are 8 years old, there is no way that the case or the P/S will work. I seriously doubt that you will be able to even mount that motherboard in that case without pulling out the jig saw and a metal cutting blade. Even then, you probably can not get an ATX P/S to fit, without more modifications. This is not worth your time when you can get a new case for under $50 with the P/S. Then just transfer the old stuff over (Floppy, HD, etc..) The ram will probably not work on thenew MB either. Hope this helps.

Th shape, packaging, and to a certain extent the function of a motherboard is called it’s form factor
      Three form factors exist
1)AT-Patterned after the original IBM AT
2)Baby AT-smaller motherboards used in smaller clone machines
3)ATX-Motherboard allows for easier installation of full-length expansion
The way to determine the form factor is look up the mother board manufacturer and the model number will give you the specs
It is possible not ATX compatible, and you will not find one to mount to that chassis, buying a new case is an option that will not be expensive $25-60 dollars.
