What do you want to do? Like:
      – build your own PC
      – fix your own PC when needed
      – fix your friends PC’s when needed
      – start a PC or repair shop
      – find a job as junior PC tech

Then start reading and viewing the right stuff. Might be books, magazines, sites, newsletters, blogs, video’s, forums, reddit’s, whatever you find interesting. Or follow courses, go to IT schools or other structured ways of learning things.

I can’t guess what your goal is here but let’s say it’s the usual build a gamer PC.
For that, COPY what others build. Start with pcmaster race builds at https://pcmasterrace.org/builds

If you want to create a new untested build, that’s on you.
