It means that you have not provided enough information for a definitive answer. The above is clearly a hexidecimal memory dump of some sort - evidenced by the codes B9, B7 etc. But what type of dump and why is not shown in this.

These things only make sense when looked at in light of what was running at the time and exactly what happened.

Sorry I can't help you further, I doubt anyone can at this point.
