What is the safest way to down load DBAN and create disk?

First time using DBAN,,, need to download/ create multiple disk.
What is the best way, I know where web site is,, any risk downloading
to my computer/precautions??? Best way to use/ implement any
helpful hints would be appreciated,,, What to expect time/boot up.
