What is TR's "create project" feature for?

By AnsuGisalas ·
I have this thing for pushing buttons, but every once in a while I feel like finding out what a button does before I push it... and this is one of them, after all, I wouldn't want to add to the already staggering amounts of poorly conceived projects in this world.

So, what's it for?

This is the way the drumroll ends: Not with a crash but a rimshot.

If you ever use 'create project' you may be the first one.

I predict that it will go away with the upcoming upgrade to TR. The PTB upgrade every so often and usually end up 'breaking' the site. Along about the time everything works right again they upgrade and the cycle starts all over.<br>
I think that TR was a better site before all of the Web 2.0 bullshlt, about two or three upgrades back, before we were plagued with this effed up color scheme, among other things.

Geez, we helped with a little beta-level stress testing and the PTBs acted like we were trying to break the place. (We were, but that's beside the point.)

The unlimited levels for discussions was pretty cool. I wish they'd have kept that.

In the workspace we used to have an area that was like a blog where you could add photos etc to your post, I threw a couple of concert reviews in there and, when they made site changes, they automatically converted them into projects, removed pretty much all copy etc but the titles are there as my projects. So, I participated, I guess, in a way, sort of, kinda like...
