What jobs/areas can I move into with this skill set?

I am currently a junior at a state university studying at their college of business for a major in management with a focus in information systems. Unfortunately my "focus" in information systems is quite a joke and I'm not learning much. I'm going to end up with a rounded business education with little computer/IT knowledge. Should end up with a 3.9 GPA (4.0 scale)

I've worked in IT Helpdesk support for the last few years while attending college and I've always been the IT guy for the family. I don't have much knowledge when it comes to servers and in-depth networking.

After finishing my degree next year, I plan on enrolling in a part time graduate school program with another public university in my state. Thankfully I will be able to focus on more computer science and general IT with their degree program in Management Information Systems. Most likely I'll be going with their Project Management focus which has the description of:

"The Project Management Concentration will provide students with the technical, organizational and managerial background to be effective project managers, project leaders, information technology managers, and software engineers. The curriculum in this concentration integrates project management standards developed by organizations such as IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) and PMI (Project Management Institute) with conceptual background from disciplines such as project management, software engineering, management science, psychology, organization behavior, and organization change. Students are to start coursework in the project management concentration after completion of at least 9 hours of the core courses including ISQA 8210 (Managing Software Development). For a Project Management concentration, the 15 required credit hours of electives must include the following courses.

Required Courses (6 hours)

ISQA 8810 - Information Technology Project Fundamentals
ISQA 8820 - Project Risk Management"

There is quite a bit more bit more for the description but that's the jist of it.

Basically my question out of all of this is, where can I really start out with this kind of education. I assume can't just jump into IT project management right out of school, so what kind of base position should I shoot for? Do I need to specialize more and/or get more technical expertise?
