I work in a small company (550 employees) and I’m interested in increasing the value of our internal Information Technology web site. Our site today is barely used by employees because we don’t have any useful content there. We have documents, contacts, and service desk links, but not much else.
What about your company? Do you have a really useful internal IT web site or ideas on what content should be there to make it useful for your business?
