I don’t know really, since I am very new to computer technology. but I can restate what I have tried. I got the virus from a floppy disk which comes together with the ethercard from a second hand. have trid to use the card but failed. later on I tried it again but I fogot to replace the floppy disc. in the end I remove it at the prompt of the window. later, whenever I start up my computer the virussanner shows me a warning messege on the screen and advices me to start the window from a clean disc using emergency rescue disc. I did it but not succeed. then I bring to the IT department of my college, the result was the same as I did.at their suggestion, I recovered my window, but problem sitll persists. now whenever i start up my window, thefirst screen is the warning messege. I each time igore it and continue to use the pc. i hope some one can help me.
