perplexing question…
I have approx 15 years of service in this industry and I’m still not sure about how to deal with this one… any advice would be welcome…
I will be leaving my present position because my manager is weak and in-effective. This has not been good for my group or for me. I feel I have done all I can, ie: discussion and mails with senior management, suggestions, actions etc… My question is : How do I address management issues and problems in future interviews without shooting myself in the foot..?
